It has been a great summer..before going to Spain, a visit to madurodam in The Hague and sharing some toys with the van Beeks...

Ah! I became 2 and looooved all the presents!!

...and my girlfriend Chloe also became 2 and I wore my best clothes to go and celebrate with her in Brussels...and this time she kissed me!!

Summer in my granpa's village in Spain...farming the land was hard work!

...while there granpa turned 65 and I ate all his cake!!

It is along way away, but mum and dad took me to see the country where they met..30oC average everyday, not so unlike Holland..........right........?

I admitted it already, I was a bit scared of the goats the first day, but now I can feed them in pairs!!

We live in The Hague for over a year now, it has gone so fast. I like it because now that the good weather is coming (but not here yet!) I can go out for a spin with my new wheels...check them out!

Last week end I went with mum and dad to dad's favourite place: the farm land!! I was feeding the baby pigs, and the baby goats....but they can be scary!

We also went to the beach, not quite like in the tropics, but still a lof of fun. I played footie with dad, one to one. No need to say that I won.

Another hobby of mine: play with all my toys at the same time!

I took mama and papa on a last minute trip to the Caribbean for Christmas......aaaahhh...so nice and warm.....absolutely fantastisch!!

A few things I need to tell you about..

First, with my old hair style I was looking a bit girly, so....

Here is my new look!!

Second: SinterKlaas came from Spain with presents, apparently I have been a good boy because I got lots of presents. Thank you SinterKlaas!!

I have been to Belgium with mama papa and the Van Beeks, het was gezellig! Here with mama on the beach.

Snow? Me loves it! Cold? I don't think so! Just fun!

Ah! ...and mama keeps showing me tricks to impress the girls...

Meeting friends and family

This last month I went to London to play with my cousin Eva. Off course, we travelled first class....Easyjet first class!

My mates Pablo and Lucas came over and we went to the children's farm. And next month we go to Belgium for a week end in the mountains. Can't wait

..and papa says that one day he will let me use his car, I just have to wait 17 years or so!

Mum insists on giving me all sorts of "green and healthy" foods, but she does not need to bother....I JUST WANT YOGURTS!!

....and if they are followed by a nice bubble bath....well....it makes my day!!

Auntie Liz came over to see me from Canada, it was so nice to play with her..I hope she can come back soon for a longer time.

Summer in Holland lasted a whole day, luckily a saturday, so we made it to the beach. I am such a strong man that the North Sea water temperature of 15 C did not stop me from bathing!

Last weekend it was the "farm day" at school. I now want my own cow and rabbits at home, but it might take some convincing to do..

The Zoo!

Our visit to the Zoo in Amsterdam was so much fun. The seals were my favourite..!!

And mum also took me to the animal farm. I tried to catch a duck for dinner, but they are faster than me!

Mama is teaching me to help her around the house. She says that 13 months is the ideal age to start learning. Hummmm... I am not so sure...

At 1 year and 1 day I made my first steps ...it was so exciting that it is all I want to do ALL DAY LONG! I have been practising in the garden with mum and dad, je je je life as they know it is over! Now they will have to chase me around!

Ya tengo un ano! I am one year old! I was the center of attention all day long, so I loved it. Mum and dad bought cakes and presents, my school friends sang to me, I played all evening so I did not want the day to end (and totally refused to go to bed). I can't wait for next year.

It has been a busy time renovating the new house and preparing mum and dad's wedding. It was a beautiful sunny day in Oviedo; mum was dressed like a princess and dad and his friends drank like sailors, so they had fun..!

While in Oviedo, I got to meet my "english family" ...my cousin Eva liked to poke me in the eye and I enjoyed pulling her hair. So we really connected!!

I just turned 11 months and cannot be left unattended for more than 2 seconds as I like to explore, practise walking and going up the stairs on my own; since I don't have the balance yet, I still hurt myself everywhere...

Finally some good weather!! We have been able to use the garden in the house, only yesterday I was driving my new BMW around...cool!

...sooner or later.....living in Holland and with a very Dutch daddy, it was only a question of time. So at 8 months and 1 week I have ridden a bicycle for the first time.

It was so much fun!! Dad bought mum a beautiful "mother's fiets" with a seat for me in the front. We can't wait for the good weather to go out on a family excursion...

....but first we are going to Spain again to see the granparents. I will post again when we are back.

The new house..

It has finally happened...the Lemmens Llamas family now reside in The Hague/Den Haag/ La Haya. It was sad to leave my first home on the Curacaostraat in Amsterdam, but mummy is very happy she doesn't have to take me (11 Kg on the last check!), the pushchair and the groceries two levels up just to reach the front door....!!

I did my best helping mum and dad to unpack, but playing inside the cardboard boxes was so much fun!!

On the first day, I tried out the buble bath...I like it!!

I can't wait for the good weather to play out in the sand pit..until then...take care!!

Hi!

I am six months old! ..and I can sit down on my own.!..(most of the time, occasionally I fall over and bang my head against whatever is near me).

I just spent two weeks in Spain with mum and the granparents, granpa used to take me out every morning on the buggy to show off with his friends, mum did not mind...she then had time to hit the sales!

Now we are back in Amsterdam with dad and at the end of the month, we move to The Hague!

Holidays....

Hi! I am now 5 1/2 months old, the cold north-european winter is still here while I continue to grow up, eat my first solids and meet more friends.

In the last few weeks I went with mum and dad to Antwerp (Belgium) to visit the Christmas market and to Petten (North Holland), where we spent a few days with the Van Beeks and the Codinach-Peral. It was a busy time, 6 adults and 4 children!
We visited Hoorn, Edam, Bergen and Amsterdam, I did not see so much as it was so cold, but I had a lot of fun with Guille, Pablo and Lucas.

We are going to visit granma and granpa in Oviedo this weekend and soon we will be moving to The Hague, we are all so excited about it..I will keep you informed!!

This year mum and dad left it to me to wish you all a Merry Christmas....so Merry Christmas everybody from cold Amsterdam!!!

In this last couple of months, I have been doing many new things....like getting to know Amsterdam, it is a beautiful city so mum and dad took me to see the canals, the museums etcetc

...I am also getting to know family and friends, in the pictures with Duco and Bas and with my cousins Max, Guus and Isabelle

..and I had to help papa with the computer again!..it is hard living on the outside!
